Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how F-Vault handles information in connection with the app. F-Vault is developed by Fayaz IT-Partner and is intended to function as a local-only password vault for iPhone.

The app is designed to keep your vault information on your device. It does not require account creation, does not use a company cloud backend for your stored vault data, and does not sell personal data.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

F-Vault may store passwords, usernames, notes, and app settings locally on your iPhone. This information is stored on the device so that the app can provide its core password vault functionality.

The app is intended to keep this information under your control on your own device rather than sending it to a company-operated storage system.

3. How F-Vault Uses Information

F-Vault uses the information stored within the app only to provide its local password vault features. This includes allowing you to save, organize, review, edit, and intentionally copy credentials or notes when you choose to do so.

F-Vault does not use your stored information for advertising, profiling, or resale.

4. Authentication and Security

F-Vault may use Apple system features such as Keychain, Face ID, or Touch ID to help secure local access to the app on your device. These features are used only to support authentication and protection of locally stored information.

Users are responsible for protecting their device, keeping their passcode secure, and using available device-level security controls appropriately.

5. Clipboard Usage

F-Vault may allow you to copy credentials to the clipboard when you intentionally choose to do so from within the app. Clipboard contents may be accessible to other apps or device features depending on your iPhone settings and usage.

For that reason, you should use clipboard copy carefully and avoid leaving sensitive information exposed longer than necessary.

6. No Accounts or Cloud Services

F-Vault does not require an account, signup, or login to use the app. You can use the app without creating a user profile with Fayaz IT-Partner.

F-Vault does not use its own servers or cloud backend for storing your vault data. The app is intended to operate as a local-only solution on your device.

7. No Advertising or Tracking

F-Vault does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track users across apps, websites, or services. The app is not designed to support targeted advertising or cross-service behavior profiling.

The app also does not sell personal data.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored in F-Vault remains on your device until you delete it within the app, remove the app, reset the device, or otherwise erase the device storage where the app data is kept.

If you delete the app, locally stored data may be lost. Because F-Vault does not rely on a company-operated backend for storage, deleted information may not be recoverable unless you maintain your own device-level backup or recovery method.

9. Children's Privacy

F-Vault is not specifically directed to children. The app does not require account registration and does not knowingly collect personal information through a company-operated backend.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising how a child uses the device and any information stored locally within the app.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. When updates are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
